Who these terms are with
These terms are an agreement between you and Rebel Solutions Inc DBA LongevityCareHub.com, which operates Health Hub. By using this website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Health Hub provides general information for education only. It is not medical advice and does not replace a licensed clinician.
Health Hub does not provide medical care, prescribe, or dispense medications. Using Health Hub does not create a doctor-patient relationship with us or with any provider listed here.

Provider listings
A listing is not a recommendation or endorsement. Verify credentials and licensing yourself.
Listings come from public sources and from the businesses themselves, and details can be incomplete or out of date. Each provider is responsible for its own website, prices and care.
Profile statuses and paid placement
'Claimed' means the business confirmed it controls its profile. It is not a quality rating and does not change where a provider appears in search results.
Any paid placement is labeled as one. The Advertising Disclosure explains the labels. Payment never changes a listing's status.
What a claim or listing request does
Sending a claim or a request to add a business does not by itself change a profile or add a listing. We decide what we publish. A claim, or a request to add a business, is not a way to get treatment, a prescription or an appointment.
Information you send us
When you send us information, you confirm that you have the right to send it. If you send it for a business, you also confirm that you are authorized to act for that business.
Using the site
Please do not:
- send false information or pretend to be someone else;
- interfere with the site or try to break into it;
- use the site for anything unlawful.
